Bacon-Wrapped Pineapple Jalapeno Poppers
20 Whole Jalapenos, Seeded and Halved
1 8oz Pack of Cream Cheese, Softened
1/2 C Onion and Chive Cream Cheese, Softened
2 Tbsp Crushed Pineapple
Pack of Bacon
Brown Sugar

Mix the cream cheeses and crushed pineapple together. Spoon the mixture into the jalapeno halves. Wrap half a piece of bacon around each pepper and bake at 375° for 45 minutes. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the cooked jalapenos and broil for 5 minutes.
Food For Thought
I mixed a few different recipes together to create this one - and these are always such a huge hit! They do not necessarily need the toothpicks to hold them together, but it certainly does make them a little cuter if you add the pom-poms! :) My platter is sold out but here is one that is similar. I love melamine platters for entertaining!
