Deviled Eggs Three Ways



Classic Deviled Eggs with Smoked Paprika

12 Eggs [Hard Boiled, Peeled and Sliced]
1/2 C Light Mayo
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
Salt and Pepper [To Taste]
Smoked Paprika [Garnish]

Mix together the yolks, mayo, dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Fill egg whites with the yolk mixture and sprinkle with smoked paprika. 


Bacon Jalapeño Deviled Eggs

12 Eggs [Hard Boiled, Peeled and Sliced]
1 C Light Mayo
1-1/2 Tsp Rice Vinegar
3/4 Tsp Ground Mustard
2 Jalapeños, Seeded and Finely Chopped
5 Pieces of Bacon, Finely Chopped

Mix together the yolks, mayo, rice vinegar, and ground mustard. Mix in the chopped jalapeños and bacon. Fill each egg white with the yolk mixture. Garnish with a small piece of bacon and a slice of jalapeño.


Buffalo Blue Cheese Deviled Eggs

12 Eggs [Hard Boiled, Peeled and Sliced]
1/2 Tsp Ground Mustard
4 Tbsp Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
Blue Cheese
Dill [For Garnish]

Mix together the yolks, ground mustard and buffalo sauce. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture. Drizzle with buffalo sauce. Garnish with blue cheese and dill. 


Food For Thought

Easter wouldn't be Easter without deviled eggs. I made a few of each flavor so that I could get Hunter to try them out before I made them for Sunday. He gave me two thumbs up and told me that he had never tasted such flavorful combinations in deviled eggs. Score. It would be so easy to make your own version of these if you wanted to change anything. I bet the buffalo blue cheese eggs would be good with some bacon on top. Or you could add relish to the classic eggs. Just put your apron on and have fun with it! Any fun Easter recipes y'all want to share? xo
